PsychWorks Partnership endeavours to conduct all its business in line with the National Privacy Act.

All candidate and client information is stored in a secure environment with access only to authorised employees. Information obtained as part of any candidate testing process is released only to nominated and relevant parties.

All information discussed in any counselling sessions remains confidential and is released only with the express permission of the individual concerned, by subpoena or where the safety of the person or another person may be jeopardised if the information is not released. No information is released to, or discussed with, unauthorised or third parties without the prior written permission of the person concerned.
