From its inception in 2002, PsychWorks Partnership, a corporate psychology group, has become recognised for delivering high quality “people management” solutions and services to our clients.

Commencing business near Newcastle in the Hunter Valley of New South Wales, we reach small to medium sized businesses and large corporations, throughout the Hunter region. With our network of affiliations and on-line processes, PsychWorks Partnership also provides services to clients with operations nationally.

Our clients are represented in a diverse range of industries and engaged in a variety of activities such as mining, manufacturing, retail and professional services. We deal with public, private and not-for-profit sector organisations.

•	Chris began his career with Citibank working in corporate lending for some 8 years. He gained further business skills in the stockbroking and institutional banking industries as a domestic and overseas equities advisor. He consulted to large corporations and fund managers on investment decisions throughout the 1980’s and early 1990’s.
•	From 1994 until 2002, Chris was employed with Australia’s largest Human Resource Consulting firm at the time, Morgan and Banks in Sydney (now Hudson Recruitment) while studying towards his psychology degree. He held two primary appointments namely a management role with the company, responsible for the delivery of all Career Transition and Outplacement services for New South Wales and as head of the Executive Outplacement service delivery.
•	A lifestyle move from Sydney to the Hunter Valley created an opportunity for Chris to establish PsychWorks Partnership in 2002. He is actively engaged in the organisation as the Managing Partner.
•	Chris, a registered psychologist, holds a Bachelor of Arts with majors in psychology and sociology (Charles Sturt University) and a Post Graduate Diploma in Psychology (Macquarie University). He is a member of the Australian Psychological Society.
